Louise Evans reports; "All was going well up until about 8 weeks ago when unfortunately I sustained an injury, I have been having physio and deep tissue massages to help me along the way but have only been able to get out and do short runs. However I am happy to say that I completed the Brighton half marathon yesterday in 2:09:53 and very pleased with the time considering the injury kicked in at around mile 3 and the last 10 miles were very painful. "I have been in and out of hospital over the last few years so organised gaining most of the prizes from my hospital bed.
